Requesting recommendation for SCD legal equalent of metamucil

Hello listmates,

I had tried to post this request earlier, it had not gone through.

Our pediatrician advised that we use metamucil for constipation of our

3 year old. I am trying to find a fiber source that is SCD legal.

Please advise.
