you probably already have been given some answers regarding

this, but I'll add my two cents as well.

You might want to see about getting your mother a large pill

box to put all of her months supply of pills in. You know,

one of those that is separated by day and into four sections

of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bed) and separate all

the meds as appropriate.Do a search on the net for pill

organizers or pill boxes, etc. I know sometimes I forget to

take my pills (of which I have way too many) and so I did

this and it has helped me do this. Also, if she's not sure

if she took the meds, all she has to do is look at the

section for that day and time and see if the pills are still

there. if they are, she didn't take them and vise versa. You

can help her with this as it only needs to be d one once a

month. Or you can ask a neighbor or someone else you trust

that is near her can help her do it or she can do it herself

if you think she's able to do that. There are other things

you can get like pill reminders and such if you want. The

best one of those I found is called a Watchminder (

http://www.watchminder.com ). You can program a reminder to

take pills, though it doesn't show if you've taken it or

not).
