Guest guest
, Thank you for your insight. I too have had a hard dealing with not working. I have not worked since June 5,2002. I am furtunate that I have received my SSDI. I don't know I could work with this pain. I was also lucky that the first GI dr. I saw told me immediatley to file for SSDI because he didn't think I would be able to go back to work. I have two beautiful boys that demand my attention, my oldest son is in Kindergarten and I have become the classrooms room mother (my sons teacher knows about my illness) and this helps with staying busy and interaction. This is so funny because I was just telling my husband how hard it is not to have adult interaction anymore. I was in a very fast paced sales feild of replacement windows and dealt with many people all day long. Now my days consist of talking to a three year old that still can't speak anything coherant. I can also tell you and this is just my personal opinion so I hope I do not offend anyone. Of the children in my sons Kindergarten class you can tell whom has a stay at home mom. Of course this is California and some of the children with stay at home moms can not speak A SINGLE WORD of english. This is very frusterating for the teacher since she doesn't speak any spanish at all. I feel sorry for these children because they are bright and want to learn but they can not understand the simple things in English si you see them just copying off of their neighbors. Oh well enough of this.
