Hi Hugh

I agree with felicity about the diarrhea. I had it for a long time before

the GI put me on pancreatic enzymes. It feel good to be able to go out to eat

with out worring where the nearest bathroom is. I would be persistent. If you

don't feel you are getting the right treatment there is nothing wrong with

getting a 2nd or even 3rd opinion.

I am finding that there are a lot of ER doctors who don't understand the

disease. I'm sure others in the group will agree that they have had doctors

think

you are crazy. The pain is real. Once you have had an acute attack or

whether your disease is Chronic, when the pain starts there is no doubt about

what

is happening. I don't think I will ever forget it.
