Guest guest
, We've been in a similar boat with our 11 year old son since his acute attack at the end of April. He continued to have pain after discharge from the hospital. Our local docs have had no ideas and local tests have been diagnosed incorrectly. 2 months later he finally was admitted to Boston Children's to see Dr. Victor Fox who is our regular pediatric gi doc but happens to be a pancreatic expert. Low and behold they found the head of the pancreas to be abnormal, despite the normal enzyme levels. We are now trying to figure out the best course of treatment. I hope you get answers for your daughter, hope you have doctors who will think outside the box! Best wishes, Beth
