MB12 kind of had the opposite effect in this household. After about a month of 1000 mcg subcutaneous mb12, Cameron was needing only about 8 hours of sleep night. After we added taurine, EPO and melatonin he started to sleep from 10-12 hours THROUGH the night. Maybe the combo of supps did the trick? MB12 is here to stay in this house - Cameron started asking his first questions and experiments more with verb tenses, comprehends consequences, etc. after 2 months of shots. Must also factor in a MUCH healthier gut - thanks to SCD - in this successful equation. I take it sublingually and it gets me through those tougher days, makes PMS very manageable and protects the ol' myelin sheathing (have a fear of MS - seems like too many acquaintances in my age group are falling prey to this disorder...)Little Mia also takes it transdermally b/c she has the same mood support needs that I have I do find that my sleep seems lighter and I don't need as much, so I take melatonin every other night to help drop off - melatonin (which is naturally produced in our bodies) is suppressed in " developed " countries b/c of our constant exposure to artificial light... Many researchers believe that it actually puts cancer cells to sleep! So - get your zzz's everyone! Your kids need you healthy! Man alive, I feel like writing these days... sorry for the rambles!
