Guest guest
Hi, after thinking to and fro for hours I give in and admit that I don't know what to do with that subject. I have read 's post, who has a good argument when she says that she needs the list as a place, where she can get away from all the talk about the war. And I have read Lenora's post, who likes this list because of the international members with their different views and because it is not restricted to CF-related topics. The war affects us all in one way or the other since our kids are dependend from a working health system and financial support from the government. And like discussions about religion a discussion about this war can raise a lot of emotions and make people feel very uncomfortable. So please, when you voice your opinion about the war, mention it in your subject line. That allows others, who don't want to hear about it to use their delete keys. And don't forget that the main purpose why we are together here is our mutual fight against CF. That's why we have to stick together and support each other. When people leave the list because of political discussions, then we all will lose. I just loved Angie Partin's comment: Some agree, some disagree, that's democracy. Let's take it that easy. At one point in the future this war will be history and this president will be history. But our fight against CF will be as actual as today. Peace Torsten, dad of Fiona 6wcf e-mail: torstenkrafft@...
