Guest guest
To all, I wanted more informaiton about CAIDASE (enzyme that eats yeast that I just read about on list)...sounds good if it is SAFE. What do you guys know about this. Is it even needed if we are at the right stage? Plus, am I right or wrong about my understanding about fruit and honey???? am I missing something here ...is honey and fruit allowed because it doesn't just sit and ferment in the gut (due to being a monosacharide and LEGAL) and the body is able to utilize it and digest it. Also didn't the biofilm info I read about from Elaine, claim that yeast can't eat this stuff anyways? This is asuming that we are eating at the appropriate stage that aids in the digestion of those foods....so that they aren't just sitting in our guts fermenting or becomiing food for the yeasty beasty's? So many are implying to take fruit and honey out...WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? YIKES! We did the intro for almost 7 days without much honey...it was miserable! Don't want to go back! KiKI may have to...but not the rest of us. We don't want to eat dirt here (salicylates/fuits and now this?)....so limited already due to allergies and sensitivities....and KiKI impirticular can't eat much anyway (we take fruit away this would not be good....she just now starting to gain again!)...will add Houston enzymes....don't want to starve here! I need to become more nutritionaly sound too. PLease people lets be careful....so many of us have already taken so much away....just adhering to the correct stage is a chalenge in itself.....I like what sombody told me about being succesful on the SCDiet, wanted to share to all who may not be at correct stage (and this may be their TRUE problem) ...at this minute can't remember who it was...went something like this: " the slower you go....the faster you get there? " I want to add, all these enzymes may speed healing...but in the long run don't we heal in spite of our selves if we listen closely to what Elaine told us all? " FANATICAL ADHERANCE " ! Food for thought, Day 39 entire family...and trying to get over a HUMP! Warm regards to everyone, Antoinette
