Dear Donna:

I would say to pick up some " Smart " water from Whole Foods or Winn Dixie. They

both carry it. Its water with all the electrolytes. Cut up fruit on ice sounds

good, slice cheese (gruyere or compt is my favorite - from cow's milk or any

good goat cheese), boil eggs, or egg salad, muffins or almond bread. I have

brought all these for picnics and the food items have faired well. Since you

guys must be pretty advances how about cole slaw or carrot raison salad made

with homemade mayonaisse. For energy, have you tried SCD legal bee pollen? It

supposedly helps. I had been taking it and I think it helped but I looked it up

in the book and they said you have to find out how it was made to see if legal.

I think mine is but I have not gotten to call the guy yet who makes it. Have

fun at Lacrosse, my daughter just finished soccer and loved it! Eileen Brown
