Thanks Heidi,

I thought as much on the legality matter. I don't

understand why those front desk girls choose to be so

rude and uncooperative. But I heard that they do not

send records to other doctors staff too, not just

their patients, so, I am not just being singled out

like I thought I was......seems to be a common pattern

with their office.

I am going to have to make an early morning visit and

prepare for a lengthy wait to get the records if they

don't fulfill the request of the new GI's nurse.
