difference between allowable and illegal

Hey guys!

I thought I would post an observation in case it applied to anyone.

Elle, our 18 mo. old, has been on the standard Brain Child vitamin

and mega-mineral supplements since our first DAN appointment.

I have been working diligently to change her supplements to legal

versions, so I was dissappointed to not be able to find a " legal "

Brain Child substitution. However, I did go ahead and begin Elle on

the " allowable " Brain Child ultra senstitive formula of vitamins and

minerals. The difference is only a little short of DRASTIC. Elle

has made significant gains verbally and interactively in the week

since we have made this switch. She is pointing at objects and

people and calling these items/people by name without prompting.

Before we would have to prompt her to repeat the word or name, and

many times she wouldn't repeat even then. So this is kind of big for

us. She is running around, doing imaginative play (her toys speak

jibberish though), and she will now tell you " jokes " (saying a string

of jibberish, raising her eyebrows while she waits for your response,

and then giggles and laughs at her " joke " when you smile).

Anyway, I thought I would post in case this might help someone. I

was a little shocked at the difference between " illegal "

and " allowable. "
