I just wanted you to know that you are welcome as a new member and

Hopefully someone that has had a stent removed will be able to answer

your questions. I tried to do a search and couldn't find anything

and when I went to Google I got mostly technical sites. If I find

something, I will send you an email.

You might want to take a tape recorder with you next time. I know

when I was with my mom and the doctor was telling us specifics about

my dad's operation, recovery, etc. we wouldn't have remembered half

of what the doctor told us without having recorded it. Fortunately a

friend had recommended this to us.
