Rosemary, When my oldest was first diagnosed they didn't know what was in her nose at the time and her ped. doctor tried to take one out and it started to bleed so I really think it would take a lot of effort to get one out. Also about the polyps hanging out of the nose 's you could see in ner nostrils it looked like she had a stuffed up nose all of the time.
