Guest guest
From: BTVC-SCD [mailto:BTVC-SCD ] On Behalf Of Harman Family So, the Friendship DCCC is not really called DCCC--it is called Farmer Cheese and is in a block instead of individual curds?? Yes. I’ve seen it in 7.5 oz and 1 lb. packages Years ago I could get DCCC from a local dairy and it was like cottage cheese without the cream and then they stopped making it. In Dec/Jan I was in the VA/DC area taking our daughter to a new Dr. and I saw the Friendship brand and got excited that I could pick up some DCCC, but it was a block and called Farmer Cheese (I think) so I asked the dairy guy about DCCC and he didn't know what I was talking about. We have another trip scheduled in early March. Does this mean I can bring back DCCC otherwise know as Farmer Cheese??? Yes Thanks for any help in getting this straight in my head! Having 2 names for the same product is confusing Carol CD 22 yrs SCD 5 yrs

It is packaged in a plastic soft-wrap and it's curds -- cottage cheese without cream -- in a paper wrap inside the plastic.
