How long will I need to wait to get a response?

I have completed my entire pre-op packet, but am waiting on the

information from my doctor, which I will hopefully get this Friday.

If I get this information Friday, I'll mail the entire packet out the

same day to Dr. R.

Can somebody let me know about how long I should expect to wait until

I hear something from his office? Would it help to overnight the

packet?

I'm so excited, I don't want to wait long!

I am Pre- Op July 26th date, I sent my packet in Mon the 10th and went on

vacation and received a voicemail on Wed. the 12th saying I got the date I

requested in my packet?? I am self-Pay and I suppose evryone is different?/ I
