Shirley,

The refrigerator is a model P-20 Compact travel refrigerator

made by Koolatron, that I bought online and it came within 3-4

days.

http://www.koolatron.com/

It has an 18 quart capacity (I think), which they say would hold 24

-16 oz. cans. It cost $129. plus additional for an adapter to use

to plug into an electric socket indoors. We put all my insulin,

plus plenty of soft drinks for ourselves and Austin, milk,

packages of cheese and other foods and fruits that we wanted to

keep cold on our trip.

They make a smaller version that will hold up to 9 cans, that

sells for $89, which is probably more practical for keeping things

cool while just in town, but I wanted the larger one because of

our trips. Now that I have it though, I've found it's great for putting

those groceries that I need to keep cool when I'm not going

directly home during the summer, (like milk and ice cream) that

normally get hot in the car with our fierce summer temps!

For us, it was well worth the investment.

With hope and prayers,

Heidi

>>could you explain the refrigerator to me please? Where did

you purchase it? The brand name and anything else you think

could be important to help me find one. You are always so good

with information. Thank you so much.

Shirley
