My husband agrees with you wholeheartedly. In addition, Demerol makes him act

weird, almost violent. But aside from that, it doesn't TOUCH the pain of

pancreatitis for him. Dulitin (sp?) worked well also in the hospital. By the

way, he's doing so well he took off on a little trip by himself today. Went to

see a friend perform in a coffee house in Virginia about 5 hours away. The

enzymes do very well and allow him to eat pretty much what he wants.
