Guest guest
hi my son has been on scd for almost 2 yrs. up till a year ago he has had some issues with metabolism and energy that we had to address with some supplements that were not all scd legal. they made a big difference for him but he still isnt the most energetic guy. well he will be in a lacrosse tornament all day saturday. what are the foods that would be best for him to have through out the day. i was thinking of OJ, and bananas, but for actual meals what is the food group or food type that will be best for him for this activity. thanks . . . i have never been a particularly athletic person so i am clueless. donna
