disability question

For everyone,

I have a question I am not sure anyone will have any idea about, but

I will ask anyway.

Now that I have been referred to MN for a TP-ICT, how will that

affect my disability claim, I was told by my lawyer that I shouldn't

expect a hearing until january of 2004, I filed my appeal for the

hearing October of 2002. Everything is so slow in this area, all of

the hearings are 12-15 months wait. Unbelievable. Even if the surgery

would be a fix for me, I am not sure what kind of prognosis I would

get from the docs so I am confused about how that will affect me. We

have had such a strain since I stopped working in March of 2001. I

could really use the back pay even if I was not awarded benefits for

any length of time. I would hope they will not take it away until I

am well enough to hold a job for awhile.

Any thoughts from the Galleria? Keri
