enzymes & eczema question

I know there's some controversy about enzymes on this board, but for

those who do take them...I've been doing the SCD for about 3 weeks

trying to clear up some food intolerances in my 4 month old DD. I

also started taking enzymes (1/4 cap of Digest Gold) about a week ago.

Since then she has had an eczema flare-up--some in her diaper area

and some on her cheeks, which she's never had before. Does this mean

I shouldn't take any enzymes, or should I just continue to take them

but not increase the amount and as her/our guts heal the eczema should

go away?
