Please have a look at the pecanbread web site.

Here is a list from it of legal and illegal supplements and some herbs are

there. With the

exception of spearmint and peppermint tea, herbal teas are not used as they tend

to be

laxative. Since you have the opposite problem perhaps it would be O.K.
