Can I use yogart before it is cooled?

My yogart is going to be done about 5 this evening and I need to do

some baking that uses yogart before tomorrow morning. Can I go ahead

and use it befor it is cooled? I don't want to ruin my baked goods

but will not have the time to get it done tomorrow.
