Good afternoon,

Kiersten Warren here with the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).

I am working with Dr. Thom (Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW)

Health Program, NYSDOH) on a survey of state health departments to

determine what resources and services they are providing to their MSFW

populations. I was wondering if anyone has conducted any similar surveys

among state health departments in this area? If so, would you be willing

to share your reports and/or survey tools?

I am also hoping you might share your state-level contacts. We are looking

to focus our survey to state health departments in the Eastern Migrant

Stream: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island,

Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, land, Virginia,

West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina,

Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Do you have contact

information for any individuals in these 21 states? I am specifically

interested in the individuals in the state health departments.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I can be reached at kew03@... or by phone at 518-402-7950.

Thanks!

Best,

Kiersten
