Hi,

I couldn't find all the original posts again, but i had a few

comments.

1. I am really hoping for a very early Sept. surgery date. Does

that put me in the 2B group?

2. Finding the doctor's history and physical to copy -- It is on

the

page Start here first with the 12 steps under the physical section.

Also, my doc and I have a pretty good relationship, but I printed

this

form out and the sample support letter. I filled in my own history

info so he wouldn't have to waste his time sitting with me asking all

the questions. I also highlighted the areas I wanted him to focus on.

3. I am very sorry about your sister's heart attack. How scary and

awful. I will be praying for her and hope she is better soon and

that

this will not postpone her MGB too long since we know it can help her.

Gotta go - my little one is shoving books in my lap. Guilt!
