Guest guest Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 Hi guys, I need to get some advice from you all. Or those of you that know anything about vitamins & minerals, etc.... Is there anything that you can get for mild depression? I am sure you guys have already talked about this at one point or another, but I guess I am having memory lapses. I t just seems like some days are ok and others are way worse. Like today, I got the paper work for the make a wish thing and it completely did me in for the day. I have done nothing but lay around and sleep. Pretty bad when you have to make yourself get up to take a shower. To be honest it isn't just the make a wish thing alone. I am now faced with calling my dad who I haven't seen in over 20 years, because my kids want to meet him. Wrestling with that one still. Anyway, if it isn't one thing its another. But, honestly, there is something wrong. When I get like this it takes awhile to pull myself back up to where I ought to be. I thought that maybe there was something I could get over the counter. I was put on Prozac a while back. That almost caused me a divorce. I wasn't the most peachy little thing on that stuff. I just quit taking it and haven't went back to that doc again. When my sister went with me to tell him that it was effecting me in a not so good way, he just said there is nothing wrong with the drug- she needs to stay on it. So, I don't want anymore of that.
