Guest guest Posted May 25, 2006 Report Share Posted May 25, 2006 We are doing dairy-free SCD now, so we are not doing the goat yogurt. I am looking for ways to get some good bacteria into our systems. We do take probiotics but I am thinking of fermenting veggies which I read about on the Body Ecology Website and am considering making the coconut kefir suggested on there as well to give us an extra kick.
