Baghdad seems just a few moments ago to have been bombed.

What concernes me (rather selfishly, I admit) is the affect on medical

care throughout the world, lessened funding by participants for medical

care for all: USA, Europe, UK, and certainly Iraqis.

Negotiation would have been cheaper, faster and left money in the

coffers of all nations for medical care, health care in general, and for

education.
