Question Re switching enzymes

Noah has been on pancrecarb ms4 then ms8 for the last two years. Well

he has been showing signs of malabosption and he was already up to 3

pancrecarb ms8 which is high for a 3 yr old. So yesterday at clinic

they switched him to Creon 10. We started them at lunch timeyeaterday

and have not seen a change for the better. He has actually had 2 pops

with in and hour and a half of waking up and they were both looser

and stinky. I am just wondering about how long it should take before

i see adifference. His dietition says it may take a few days. I am

getting so frustrated i am about to cry. I know he is losing wieght.
