Funny meal time avoidance techniques

I just wanted to share some funny excuses that Emma uses to avoid eating

while in the middle of the meal. Her favorite used to be, " Mommy, I

pooped!! " which was said while standing up in her high chair. I don't

buy that one for long since I never smelled anything and when I checked

she never had pooped so it switched to " Mommy, I am standing up because

my hinney is sticky! " I just laughed that one off and made her sit back

down. She then changed it to " Mommy, I need to stand because I am going

to poopie!! " .

Well, she really topped them all yesterday when after hitting her older

sister and getting yelled at for it, she replied, " Mommy, I am doing her

therapy!! " .

She is very imaginative and quick at her excuses. She never fails to

entertain me, that's for sure.
