Is there an SCD legal lollipop recipe?

My son just turned three (has been SCD over 18 mos now). He is

becoming increasingly interested in his brother and sister's candy.

Is there a way to make a lollipop out of honey? I could use some

help. He has Level 4 IgE allergies to eggs, nuts, peanuts, and milk

so most of the candy suggestions are out.
