Hey Barb,

I am so glad to hear you are doing well. I was sitting next to you at

clinic (Goofygrits). I hope your trip home was uneventful (as far as pain

goes) and that you at least got to see some beautiful sites.

I am on the 12 day diet hoping to lose some weight while I wait for my

ins. approval. Remember I have BC/BS of AL. I needed the clinic before they

would consider.

Anyway just wanted to wish you much happiness and luck with your

adjusting to this new way of living.
