Don't know if this is the right place??

Last night my 9 year old son was rushed to Children's hospital in

Philadelphia with severe abdominal pain. He was diagnosed with

pancreatitis and gallstone problems. I'm sitting home, wanting to be

there, but I'm waiting for heart surgery on Monday and can't go

anywhere. My wife is with him, and just relayed some frightening

information. So, I thought I'd try here and listen to people who know

what it's all about.

My wife was told that he will be in the hospital for at least three

weeks, if he makes it through the next two days. IF HE MAKES IT??

They are discussing removing his gall bladder also. Can anyone help

with non-alarmist information. I can't believe it, this sounds like a

soap opera.
