Guest guest
Robin, just wanted to let you know that I had suffered with mirgraines for many years before my first bout of acute pancreatitis. About 2 years before my first attack the migraines got really weird and I actually had pain radiating from my neck into my face and teeth; I thought I was crazy as I had never had any pain like that before. Then when I did start having Acute Pancreatitis attacks I would get a terrible migraine afterward and I would have to take Imitrex shots to get relief. My oldest sister, also has migraines and she too has had two Acute Pancreatitis attacks. We are the only two in our family who have pancreatitis and migraines in common - so I think there is a connection and I think our pancreatitis is hereditary. My mother had migraines but no pancreatitis that we are aware of or that was ever diagnosed. Best wishes, Debbie in Mich
