check out amazon.com for a yogurt maker for $15. if you order $25 or

more there is no shipping charge. there was also a great recipe book

called " yogurt " that i bought at the time too. it isnt all scd legal

so you really have to know what is and isnt legal but it seemed to me

that a lot of the recipes could be easily adaptable and many were

would be legal as is. it forces you to do the research on elaine's

site under her legal/illegal database though - which is a good thing

to do anyway.
