Where to find info on Ocular cea

I'm interested in gathering any and all info I can get

on ocular rosacea, since for me it is the most

troublesome part of this disease. After nine years of

suffering (and a misdiagnosis of " allergies " many

years ago), I went to an opthamologist and informed

her I am a rosacea sufferer. I didn't have to prove

much, however, because the nastiest flush I've ever

experienced took place right in her office.

Despite my obvious distress, however, I got little or

no relief from the opthamologist. She pretty much

wrote OR off as " a chronic condition " that I had

better get used to.

She talked about prescribing doxycyline, but I told my

propensity toward yeast infections would nullify the

benefits to my eyes. We also briefly discussed

low-dose accutane, but decided against it for now

until I finish my IPL treatments.

I have read and re-read Dr. Nase's sections on Ocular

cea. Are there other places I can find info OR

that would help convince my opthamologist not to take

this disease lightly?

Please and thanks for any help you can give.

What I have discovered on ocular rosacea has been through a search

engine. Most of the sites have been particularly helpful,

unfortunately, they are pretty much clones of each other. I am always

looking, and will soon see an ophthamologist, so I will post as soon

as I read/discover/try something.
