Guest guest
, I use MSM cream for pain. I open MSM capsule and mix with Lubriderm for joint pain. Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I would NOT use this mixture on my face > Anyone else have any input on MSM? >
Guest guest
Deryk, I am currently using an MSM lotion from Rich's Distributing (www.richdistributing.com). I posted about this a few weeks ago, asking if any others have had any experiences with MSM but I didn't get a single response. I don't know about Seb Derm, but my cea is now pretty much under control, so I just use the MSM lotion as a moisturizer but I haven't been able to see any clear effect (positive or negative) on my condition. Anyone else have any input on MSM? - Methylsulfonylmethane I've posted a similar message on the seb. derm. site, but has anyone here heard of the use of methylsulfonylmethane in the treatment of seb. derm. or even rosacea? I came across while doing some research, but alas not in papers but in a general treatment (without explanation) for sd. Guest guest
, I used an MSM lotion made by Trimedica which contained 15% MSM, I bought it from the Vitamin Shoppe. I did a half face test with it for about a month and noticed absolutely no difference in the test half. le > Deryk, > > I am currently using an MSM lotion from Rich's Distributing > (www.richdistributing.com). Guest guest
I am currently, as of 3 days now, 500 mg once a day. I am trying it for seb. derm., not for rosacea...but one never knows. I will be difficult for me to isolate the benefits/drawbacks of msm alone given that I am trying several ongoing treatments, but I'll try my best. If someone could explain the pharmocological process whereby msm is supposed to beneficial to rosacea or sd, I would appreciate it very much. My rudimentary understanding is that the available sulfur acts as a yeast supressant. Deryk
