How about sublingual B-12 microlozenges? (I buy mine at puritans.com) It

was recommended to me, but I would not be able to say whether this method

works or not.

, sublingual (under the tongue) pills and sprays are absorbed

directly into the bloodstream, similiar to an injection. It bypasses

the GI tract entirely. Sublingual administration can be very

effective, but I can't speak specifically for B12.

In looking around the Web, it seems that sublingual B12 tends to be

formulated in tremendously high doses, sometimes with other vitamins,

and sometimes using a methylated form of the vitamin which is popular

in Japan. If one believes their studies, the methylated form is more

bioaccessible and possesses some healing properties.
