Guest guest
Ginny, I am sorry to hear that Henry had to be admitted for treatment of a GI bleed. Did the doctor say what may have caused it? What part of the intestine was the bleeder found? I hope and will be praying that the cystgastrotomy surgery goes well. In regard to sex and potential pancreatic pain. I think that the upcoming surgery will definitely relieve some of the pain. In addition, when someone has a GI bleed, they are also anemic, and with weight loss, electrolytes can be off balanced. This can cause sudden muscle cramping and be provoked with intimate physical exercise. This should improve as nutritional status improves and anemia resolves. Karyn E. , RN, Exec.
