Guest guest
Constipation is our daughters main symptom. First, Benefiber is not legal and you are not seeing the effects of the diet if you are using it. You can try the constipation remedy on BTVC. We have found that for our daughter yeast is mostly what is causing her constipation. SCD has been the foundation for battling it, but we had to step it up a bit with enzymes, probiotics (pecanbread can give you legal sources) and also prescription antifungals, herbal antifungals etc. We also had to eliminate honey. I would say keep with the diet (but ditch the benefiber and be really careful of ilegals) and see if it improves. Good luck Kerri 3 months for 7 year old with constipation and rages Constipation and the SCD diet > Could members of this list advise me on how to handle constipation > while on the Intro-diet.
