Guest guest
Hi all my fellows; I had my first photoderm treatment with Bitter Sr on last Friday afternoon. According to what I read, so I want my face to be as red as possible before the treatment. I bought one spicy burrito, warmed up and put in a plastic box. I arrived 40 minutes early. Took photo, put numbing cream on it. Ten minutes later, my upper lip get numb, another ten minutes went by, my figures that were used to put numb cream on get numb, my face did not. So I put more on it. Then I started to have a headache, and felt quite dizzy. Anyway, I started to eat my burrito. I opened the box, oh, my god, the food is not wrapped any more and I forgot bring a folk with me. I am sure if I ask people work there, they will provide me a fork. But I had been buzzing about those poor people a quite while, so I decide eat my dear burrito anyway with my clean washed figure. Ten minutes probably, they asked me to wash off my numb cream, though my face was still not feeling a slight numbness. Bitter comes in shortly after nurse took me inside the room. I scan through my question lists, asked can I continue use clinque city super block 25 spf, he thought about for a while, said 'yes.'. I asked I took baby aspirin in the past, will it cause problem, he said 'no', I said I did not put bleaching cream for a while, is it problem, he asked me to put it on 24 hours after the surgery to prevent the possible pigmentation problem. I skiped the question as 'can I eat fish after surgery.' I thought America people probably will said it is wierd question. Chinese people usually think after surgery better not eat seafood for a while. Anyway, the surgery took less than 10 minutes, is it hurt? Not really. I did not move my face or my body due to uncomfortable. The light is very bright, so I closed my eyes as much as I can. Every time, when the light shine on my face, I felt a tiny needle poking my face. After the surgery, my face looked almost normal as I walked in the office. My face did not show any show of swollen, but certainly I did not notice any improvement yet. The left side of my cheek quite often felt pain or feeling some blood vessel is working hard. I had a headache for more than a day due to numbing cream, the doctor said I am the only person complained about that, that was not strange, I always have wierd response to medicine. The doctor himself and nurse I met are extremely nice. I can not expect better attitude from them. And the procedure is very smooth. I have several questions regarding after surgery care, if some one can answer it ,that will be great. 1. If my face did not feel pain or very hot, should I use ice pack or not. Is ice pack increase the surgery result or just reduce the uncomfortable? 2. I found out right now my left side cheek is very easy feeling pain or blood vessel working hard, is that mean it will reduce the surgery result, so I should try hard to prevent it or it is just the consequence of healing. 3. Let us forget the quantum merchanics, then we will say light travel at straight line. So that in the daytime, our room is bright, we are not directly under the sun, but certainly light come to our room too, right? Do I need put sunscreen on my face? Anything we put will irriate skin at some extent, but which damange skin more? Sunscreen or the light from outside? 4. What your guys do after the surgery? I can not stay on bed for a day, it is boring. But it seemed I can not read book either. It caused pain on my left side cheek. Email me if you have question about the procedure.
