Guest guest Posted June 24, 2002 Report Share Posted June 24, 2002 I had my second treatment last week.I don't notice much improvement in the redness aspect but my pain is so much less!I initially look better for a day or two with the capillaries but they seem to return quickly but i don't sting any more.My nose still throbs occasionally and the ocular aspect is still there but improved .I've heard that the third treatment is the ticket but we'll see.It has been worth the $175 per 1 hour visit just for the pain.(Dr Ritchie in knoxville tn) I can't seem to figure out how to respond to posts.I have noticed that make up clumps, but using noritate cream instead of metrogel improved it some. How are people getting cutanix samples?I need some for my nose too. I do notice that the borage oil makes my face really oily but it definitely helps dry eyes.I won't take fish oil any more.It changed my whole body chemistry and made my skin and sweat smell negatively. I am crazy about clinique sun screen. It is not oily at all and vanishes nicely. Thanks for all the good advice! " Can the moderator or anyone give ANY hint as to how Dr. Nases rosacea is doing? It would be helpful to know he is doing ok in that regard..especially those like me who also had ETS.. I got clamps so have the option of reversal for the next two months. If Dr. Nase has all of a sudden gotten worse because of it, I might consider reversal.. I'm probably just being paranoid but just in case..
