Help! I need serious advice.

I spoke with the surgeon this afternoon and he told me I had a

choice between a sphincteroplasty or a whipple as treatment for my

pain. The sphincteroplasty is less invasive, safer and has about a

40% efficacy. The whipple, well thats a biggie, but has an 80-90%

efficacy. I just dont know what to do. Any advice any body could

offer would be welcomed.
