and all -

Hi Folks! Today I received a packet in the mail from the MDA on an event

they have here in Fort Worth at Billy Bob's (world's biggest honky-tonk).

Seems I am being " arrested " for MDA and have to raise my own " bail " - payable to

the MDA.

The most interesting, and I feel pertinent part, of this mail is the

accompanying brochures that came with my information packet. It could be easily

transformed into a panc brochure....but I will need some help from you folks

more

" in the know " about many of things. For instance, it says " for your donation

of $56, one hour of research is accomplished " .... " for your donation of $40,

one flu shot is given " .... anyway.......it goes on into the cost of a

wheelchair and a day at camp,, etc.....

We need the cost of blood sugar monitors.....pumps, whatever our members

are in need of.....then as an association, we could help supplement the cost of

these items....yall think? Also - the MDA suggests faxing and mailing these

brochures and payment ideas to friends and business folks....recommending them

donate $25 per individual and $100 per business. ....just their guidelines.

So - if I send a list of items I need a " Cost " on....could someone work

with me to see if we could make actual references so folks could know what they

are possibly helping provide? This is all assuming we are a C3 by

now....non-profit org. dontcha know~

Just thinking outloud around here....
