Guest guest
, Thank you. There is hope for me. loll I discovered if I don't eat I don't lose. go figure. I measure in the nude, every inch is a new adventure. Yesterday the bell rang as I was dressing I grab a shirt tossed it on and buttoned it up as I was walking to the door, I suddenly realized I never buttoned this shirt up I always wore a T-shirt under it. I was so excited I had to dig out my measuring tape and tada.38 inch waist. Well, 5 years ago I would have laughed at that and said how fat. Now it is a good thing!!! I have not been able to keep anything down for three days well until today and man have I made up for it. I had a smoothie w all my supplements, then a piece of 17 grain toast, for lunch a cup of clam chowder (MMMM) and crackers then I had 4 bites of my husbands burrito supreme, 1 small juice bar, yogurt and it is only 2:30 here. Everything has stayed down today. Gee IM kinda bummed. do my calories for me. My smoothie was 1/2 can hansen juice about t 100 cals, supplements 90 cals, juice bar 45 cal, yogurt 100, oh this is scary, I better just have lettuce for dinner..lol Well, there a good days and naughty days. Well, I better get back to work. Trisha

Guest guest
That really does seem to be true -- I've lost more weight after eating *more* than less. The weeks I had the lowest weight loss, I was staying under 700 calories a day. Yesterday was a piggy feast for me (maybe it's the weather, Trish . . .) and I had 1268 calories, my record second-highest day (the highest was the day I tried ice cream. It stayed down but, brother, did I get dumping syndrome, chills, hot sweats, nausea, for four hours!) You've got a 38 inch waist!!!!! I'm jealous!! Post your stats, Trish, post your stats!!! Hugs! metrishal@... wrote: > > , > Thank you. There is hope for me. loll I discovered if I don't > eat I > don't lose. go figure.
