Guest guest
Karyn asked: Did the doctor say what may have caused it? What part of the intestine was the bleeder found? We got good news today. The endoscopy and colonoscopy both showed no active bleeding, just some irritation at the feeding tube site. They may let him come home tomorrow! He feels really good now. He just needed transfusions because of the hematocrit being low. He noticed dark " stuff " in the G part, which normally he doesn't have to drain, just once in a while he does. So he drained it and it appeared kind of like dark blood. then he couldn't use his formula because there was some in the J part.
