GI Bleed & Chronic Pancreatitis

Has any here experienced a GI Bleed coming from the Pancreas as this

has just happened to my husband who has suffered with idiopathic

Chronic Pancreatitis for the last 10 years.

He was admitted to ER with blood in his stools and an Endoscopy

showed no ulcers in the stomach. Bloods have shown a change in the

Pancreas and he is going for a CT in the morning with an appointment

to see the Gastroenterologist on Wednesday.

Over the past 6 weeks the pain has been constant and he has lost

vast amounts of weight and now only weighs 8.4 .

He already knows that he has a cyst on the head of the pancreas so I

am just asking if anyone has any knowledge of this happening.
