Is this a form of Rhinophyma?

I had septoplasty surgery 8 months ago.

I now have burning sensations on the septum wall.

I notice that it is irritated, red, and burns when I am hot/or in hot

weather.

I was wondering if the surgery irritated the blood vessels of my

rosacea?

How do you fix something like this?

Do have have the e.n.t. cut out the burning piece of skin inside my

nose?

Do I see a Rhinophyma expert?

Any suggestions would be great!
