Thanks so much for this! I am ordering nut flours this weekend and

will definitely try some pecan flour and the recipe.

I haven't seen pecan butter available yet online, but still looking.

Then, to find out if it's legal or not...

I did find the mock chocolate recipe I was looking for. It's in the

cookbook SCD With Taste and Tradition and calls for butter (which I

could sub for with ghee) and honey and a Folgers coffe single steeped

in water. I'm still not sure about giving Cody coffee though- we

never drank soft drinks even before GFCF then SCD so intro'ing

caffeine/coffee to him on his birthday- probably not a wise idea!

Pecan flour sounds like the ticket!
