I feel like an idiot/hypocrit

Guys as you now know experimented with cow cheese. I even told most

of you that it has caused us ear infections in the past! Feel like

and idiot and a hypocrit.

Because of some form of denial tried it for a week...and here we are

with an ear infection.

Is it the casomorphines that keep on caling us back to it??????

addiction?????? For real guys...have any of you had this unusual

problem with wanting the stuff even though it is bad for some of us.

IgG and IgA and IgE tests came back negative for casein....go

figure! Easy to get into denial about it!

Plus we thought we where " just " Celiac...meaning the old way to

interpret this disease....as they say " you should be able to eat

cheese!...it is gluten free " In this house these Silly Yaks can't!

Reviewed all the posts for " Ear Thingy " ....will be ordering an " EAR

DOC " so that the little bugger can help drain my son's ears. The

doctor thinks that he will have to do tubes! And I keep telling him

that it was caused by dairy experiment...and that we are without

problems wiht ears without dairy...that this is the first one he has

gotten in 16 or more months! Hope the EAR DOC works...they are not

helping....antibiotics are not helping either! Just scewing up his

gut flora!

Also ordered progurt and SCDolphilus from GI HEALTH.

Thanks for helping this slow to learn mom, who has great humility

and feels like a fool in light of son being very very sick right now!
