God bless you Carol....Lithium was a night mirror drug for me too! It was

convenient for the doctors to medicate me though, convenient for everyone but

me......who suffered the same side affects...gained so much weight....yet was

still " starving " my brain without knowing it....I always felt toxic.

God Bless their souls....THEY didn't know any better solutions...thank God we do

now...thank GOD! Anybody that messes with minerals such as this one needs to

think about it for a long time....it can't be good.... Lithium is a salt that

is known as a poison.....for some reason they use it for mental illness....this

may be my opinion but here it is: of course it " calms a person down " ....they

are being poisoned! Thank GOD strict SCD WORKS INSTEAD of all those

psychotropic drugs!!!!

Food for thought

Antoinette (Day 48 entire family SCD...rages, irritability, mood swings and

depression....and damaged gut (Celiac) becoming a thing of our past!)
